High-Voltage Connectors

Hulane’s high-voltage connectors, available from class 1 to class 5, feature well-designed shielding and excellent current-carrying capability. Our connectors support the essential system needs for EV functionality, including the electric powertrain, interconnect, charging, and battery systems. From supplying energy and managing the flow of electrical power to supporting component connections, Hulane offers comprehensive high-voltage connectors to support the requirements and demand.

High-Voltage Wire Harness Solution

Hulane offers guidance and solutions to our clients for customizing high-voltage connectors and wire harnesses. When the standardized connectors are insufficient, our existing resources allow us to promptly develop customized connectors and wire harness solutions to match our client’s specific requirements


Our custom solutions include connectors and wiring harnesses that:

  1. connect electrical components such as the battery to the inverter, the charging system to the motor, and the onboard charger to the battery.
  2. connect systems, such as batteries, to the AC air compressor and fast chargers to the PDU (Power Distribution Unit).
  3. designed for battery packs, ensuring power can be efficiently transferred to other systems such as PDU or DC/DC converters
  4. support charging port, enabling efficient energy transfer during charging.
