At Hulane, we promise to perform effectively while considering the long-term impacts on the environment and society. The commitment extends through products, production, the value chain, and the community.
We believe that when innovating products, we can optimize efficiency and performance while managing the environmental impact.
We've obtained ISO 14067 to manage the lifecycle of all our products. We monitor our carbon footprint from sourcing and design to manufacturing, logistics, and client usage, aiming to minimize environmental impacts at every stage.
As the world transitions to electric vehicles (EVs) as a sustainable alternative to fossil-fueled transportation, we have been developing connectors and wiring solutions specifically for EVs. Our products enable electric vehicles to achieve greater energy efficiency and performance, facilitate faster charging times, and improve power management.
We are committed to responsible manufacturing by reducing environmental impact, improving resource efficiency, and actively promoting energy transition and the circular economy, creating harmonious coexistence between business development and the ecosystem.
HULANE has completed the Group’s greenhouse gas inventory and obtained ISO 14064-1 certification. The Group has comprehensively deployed its carbon reduction strategy and set a target to reduce Group carbon intensity by 10% annually.
HULANE continues to deepen resource circularity management and actively expand the adoption of recycled copper and recycled plastics. In 2025, the circular use of secondary materials reached 995.3 metric tons, representing a 69.56% year-over-year increase. On the production side, strict packaging material recycling is also implemented, including plastic reels and cartons. In 2025,total recycled materials reached 893.42 metric tons, fully putting responsible consumption and the circular economy into practice.
HULANE has expanded self-developed solar power generation systems at key global sites, including Taipei and Vietnam. Driven by the Group’s strategic initiatives, the Group’s green power usage in 2025, including renewable energy certificates, increased by 253% year over year, while
the proportion of renewable energy usage rose from 13.31% to 43.33%.
HULANE Dongguan has established a centralized waste storage station equipped with smart weighing functions to accurately records the inbound and outbound weight of waste, enabling traceable management.
HULANE plans for each production site to progressively obtain the Green Factory certification, with completion expected by 2028.
HULANE conducts product carbon footprint inventories every year. As of the end of 2025, inventories have been completed for 14 part numbers.
To ensure lasting impact, we believe sustainability is achieved through collective efforts across the entire value chain by actively collaborating with partners and suppliers.
We conduct comprehensive ESG evaluations and on-site audits of all Hulane's suppliers to ensure that our supply chain upholds the same high standards for environmental and ethical practices.
Our current suppliers adhere 100% to RoHS/REACH regulations, which restrict hazardous substances and prohibit the use of conflict minerals. This promotes environmental sustainability and guarantees product safety for consumers. We are also closing in on our ecological footprint through more local raw material sourcing.
Guided by our commitment to giving back to society, HULANE Precision has been deeply rooted in New Taipei for nearly half a century. We are dedicated to caring for people, strengthening local technical inheritance, and supporting local disaster prevention and relief efforts, working together to create a better and more resilient living and working environment.
We regularly organize environmental education activities every year and launch large-scale environmental campaigns on Earth Day, April 22, encouraging employees to actively participate. In addition, HULANE provides volunteer leave campaigns to promote interaction among parents, children, and colleagues, protecting the surrounding environment through concrete action.
In 2025, Taipei HULANE launched the Healthy Forest Walking Campaign, encouraging employees to build regular walking habits through a digital platform while integrating daily exercise with environmental protection. During the campaign, accumulated steps were converted into tree-planting actions, promoting employee health while creating a positive impact on ecological sustainability.
HULANE holds the “HULANE Precision Scholarship” every year to help students facing financial difficulties successfully complete their studies. In addition to financial support, we actively visit campuses to encourage employment among young people in New Taipei and pass on key automotive electronics expertise. In 2025, HULANE invested nearly NT$490,000 in talent training in Taipei, with cumulative training participation reaching 14,842 attendees, fostering outstanding technical talent locally.
Since 2008, we have supported the World Peace Association through charitable donations for 18 consecutive years. In 2025, HULANE donated a total of NT$150,000, benefiting 219 children.
HULANE actively promotes resource recycling and reuse. We encourage employees to donate books, clothing, and other reusable items, transforming “unused but reusable items” into a positive cycle of goodwill. The charity sale raised approximately NT$13,000, and all proceeds were donated to the Waiting for Home Babies Social Welfare Association, helping provide more sufficient growth resources for
underprivileged children.
We have long worked with the Xizhi District Office to actively coordinate internal flood prevention and disaster relief resources, comprehensively enhancing local environmental and social resilience. In response to sudden social emergencies and disasters, HULANE has always stood on the front line. For example, following the 2025 Guangfu flood disaster in Hualien County, HULANE immediately donated NT$500,000 to support disaster relief efforts.
