From the start, Hulane has specialized in developing connector solutions for the automotive industry. We focused heavily on research and development to solve connector challenges and turn ideas into practical solutions to drive mobility forward. We have three R&D centers and labs in Taipei, Nanjing, and Dongguan respectively focusing on high-frequency, high-voltage and fuse box, and low-voltage products. With over 300 experts, we can support our clients globally.

Our design capabilities aim to translate requirements effectively into feasible designs and reduce integrity, efficiency, and reliability issues in the later stages. We incorporate CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) to verify our design feasibility to meet structural, thermal, and electrical requirements before the physical prototype stage.

Automated production and inspection for all final products

We utilize automated and semi-automated manufacturing and assembly lines. Each line is also equipped with automated inspection systems, which allow us to inspect all final products precisely and efficiently, advancing from random inspections. This adoption of automation is especially critical for delicate components like headers, where an automated assembly line ensures quality consistency.
